Who is responsible
HubArc Studios is the developer and publisher of Tower Stack. Google acts as a separate service provider for advertising and consent technology, subject to Google's own terms and policies.
Information handled by the game
Tower Stack stores game progress, scores, settings and consent choices locally on your device. HubArc Studios does not operate a backend account system or create a server-side player profile for this information.
Tower Stack does not directly use your camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location functionality.
Advertising and consent
Tower Stack includes rewarded advertising provided through Google Mobile Ads. If you choose to view a rewarded ad, Google may process information needed to provide, measure, secure and improve advertising services.
This may include:
- advertising or device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location inferred from network information;
- device, operating-system and app information;
- ad requests, views, clicks and other advertising interactions; and
- diagnostic, fraud-prevention and performance information.
Where required, Google UMP asks for or records your consent choices before advertising requests are made. Available choices can vary by region. Your selection may affect whether ads are personalised. You can revisit privacy options from within the game where that control is available.
Sharing and purposes
Advertising-related information may be shared with or processed by Google and its advertising partners to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure performance, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. HubArc Studios does not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game. Clearing it may reset your progress and settings. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and legal requirements. HubArc Studios cannot directly delete information held by Google.
Your choices
You can decline an optional rewarded ad, manage available consent choices in the game, adjust device advertising controls, or remove local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Some contextual or limited ads may still be shown where allowed.
Children's privacy
Tower Stack is not designed to ask children for personal information and does not require an account. Advertising and consent services are configured to respect applicable age-related and regional requirements. A parent or guardian with a concern should use the support route below.
Security and international processing
HubArc Studios limits the game's data surface by keeping progress local and not operating player accounts. No system is completely secure. Google may process advertising information in countries other than your own using the safeguards described in its policies.

We may update this policy when Tower Stack, its services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
